2 shots (50-60ml) espresso, from 15g of freshly grounded LUNO coffee

This recipe is for a chilling and refreshing espresso drink, ideal for a hot summer day. Blended along with a couple of ice cubes, the espresso gets an irresistible smooth cream.
A drink you can enjoy during a relaxing break.
Enjoy it paired with a couple of cookies.
- Chill the glass beforehand.
- Prepare two espresso shots in a container.
- Place 2-3 ice cubes and 2 shots of espresso, preferably in a stainless steel container (shaker).
- Blend the ingredients well using a mixer for about 5 seconds, and serve in the chilled glass to which you should add a few ice cubes. Use a strainer when pouring from the shaker.

- Chill the glass and add the ice cubes, not all the way to the top though! Allow 3-4cm of space from the rim of glass.
- Prepare two espresso shots in a container.
- Add 2-3 ice cubes and the 2 shots of espresso, preferably in a stainless steel container (shaker).
- Blend the ingredients well using a mixer for about 5 seconds, and serve in a chilled glass up to the point of the ice cubes. Use a strainer when pouring from the shaker.
- Add the skimmed milk in a container and blend well, until it is creamy and smooth.
- Add the cold frothed milk on top

- Follow the classic method, using an epsresso machine. You must ensure that the dose takes 25 seconds to pour: this way you will have 25-30ml of coffee in your cup.

Hot water
An espresso can last longer if you wish to add to their volume. A very intense coffee, has a unique way of unravelling its properties in your cup and grant you an amazing experience.
- Follow the classic method, using an epsresso machine. You must ensure that the dose takes 35 seconds to pour: this way you will have 40ml of coffee in your cup.
- Alternatively, prepare a classic espresso and add as much hot water as you wish.
Add a teaspoon of frothed milk!

Use a thermos and enjoy it for a few hours after preparing. Ensure you clean your machine well (once a week for daily use) and minimize the oil and metal accrual which impact the flavour of your coffee
Tip: don’t store coffee in a glass jar, because it will make your coffee taste sour, acidic and bitter. Ideally, use a thermos or transfer your coffee from the glass container directly to a thermos flask.
Preparation:
Use a simple filter coffee machine
7-8g (one tablespoon) grounded coffee for approximately 100-150ml water. The volume of the coffee can be adjusted to your liking, or the specifications of the machine’s manufacturer. After the coffee is prepared pour it into a thermos to keep it warm and fresh.
Classics with milk
2 espresso shots, from 15g of freshly grounded LUNO coffee
1 cup full fat milk (170ml)
- Prepare 2 shots of espresso in a cappuccino cup.
- Steam the milk until creamy, and add volume to the milk.
- Pour the milk, aiming for the centre of the cup until it is full.
2 shots of espresso, from 15g of freshly grounded LUNO coffee
1 cup full fat milk (240ml)
Your favourite coffee which you can easily pair with flavour syrups.
- Prepare 2 shots of espresso in a small cup.
- Pour it in the serving glass.
- Steam the milk until creamy, but don’t add a lot of volume to it.
- Pour the milk over the coffee until 2cm away from the top of the cup, then add the milk foam.
